I am currently completing my dissertation in the English Department at Emory University. My research interests include Native American literature and contemporary American literature. In my dissertation, I engage with depictions of Muslim terrorists in September 11 literature. I have an article forthcoming on “Paranoia after September 11: Submitting to the Specter of Terrorism,” to be published in the German journal LWU.
